Cybersecurity Policies and Standards

Hubbard ISD is fully committed to protecting our student and staff's digital data.  As part of that commitment, the Hubbard ISD School Board approved a Cybersecurity Plan consisting of an Incident Response Handbook, Information Security Policy, Information Security Standards, Acceptable Use Policy, and Device Agreement Policy in June 2023.  These policies and standards are available for review below with the exception of the Incident Response Handbook due to the confidential information it includes.  The Technology department at Hubbard ISD is following the Texas Cybersecurity Framework developed by the state to discover areas where improvement can be made to cybersecurity.  The districts Texas Cybersecurity Framework progress is assessed annually.
