Spotlight Message

I will be continuously updated you on issues that impact HISD.  In an effort to plan and communicate with all stakeholders, I am releasing the following message...

In the interests of students,  faculty, staff, and public safety, Hubbard ISD will be canceling school Through Friday April 3, 2020.  The safety and welfare of our students, staff, and community is second to none.

Hubbard ISD leadership team will be meeting to address the needs of our students during this time.  We will be addressing instruction at home, nutritional services, and individual/independent needs of our students over the next few days to develop a systemically appropriate plan. We will be communicating and updating you frequently through our webpage, social media, and tele-communicative system. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Our plan is to make a decision by April 1, 2020 to return to school Monday, April 6, 2020 or extend our cancellation.
Thank you,
