Hubbard Elementary will Celebrate Dr. Suess's Birthday and Read Across America
On Friday, March 6th, Hubbard Elementary will celebrate Dr. Suess's Birthday by dressing up as your favorite Dr. Suess character. Community leaders will be visiting the campus throughout the day to read to the students.

Daddy & Daughter Dance - "Boots and Beauties"
The Class of 2030 is excited to announce this year's Daddy & Daughter Dance - "Boots and Beauties"!!!
**Purchasing Tickets**
PreK - 5th grade: Return the flyer in your child's gold folder with money to your child's homeroom teacher - tickets will be sent back home in the gold folder
Secondary: Tickets may be purchased from Mrs. Beseda during breakfast or lunch
Please note that tickets must be purchased ahead of time and will not be sold at the door!!

Mr. Colt Carmichael named as the Lone Finalist for the Hubbard ISD Superintendent position
In an unanimous 7-0 vote, the Hubbard ISD Board of Trustees have named Mr. Colt Carmichael as the Lone Finalist for the Hubbard ISD Superintendent position.
Mr. Carmichael has 19 years of teaching and administrative experience, and currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Blum ISD. Prior to this position, Mr. Carmichael was the principal of Goldthwaite High School and has also served as an assistant principal and teacher/coach in other districts.
Pending a state required 21-day waiting period, the Hubbard ISD Board of Trustees will meet on March 4 to officially hire Mr. Carmichael as Superintendent of Schools.
