Hubbard ISD is proud to announce the appointment of Lance Connot as the district’s new Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. A third-generation coach with 17 years of experience, Coach Connot brings a proven track record of championship-level success and a deep commitment to student-athlete development.
Connot joins Hubbard ISD from Brownsboro High School, where he has served as Athletic Director and Head Football Coach since 2021. Over his 15-year tenure as an athletic administrator, he has built a reputation for fostering vertically aligned programs that excel across all sports, including football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and track.
