Summer Strength and Conditioning Schedule
All incoming athletes 7th-12th grades are encourage to attend 9:00am-10:30am Monday - Thursday starting June 2nd. Sports specific to follow workouts. **Athlete MUST attend workouts to do sports specific.**
All workouts are coach led. Water will be provided each day, but athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Contact Coach Ryan Faulknor with any questions.
